Who we are

YouConnect AI is operated by ThinkBOLD Solutions, Inc. ("ThinkBOLD", "we", "us"). Our marketing site is youconnect.ai; the dashboard product is app.youconnect.ai.

What we collect

• Account data — when you sign up for the dashboard, we collect your email, name, organization name, and (if you subscribe) billing details processed by Stripe. We never store your credit card number — Stripe does.
• Lead-form data — when you submit the contact, audit, or book-demo forms on this site, we collect the email, name, phone, and message you provide. That data is pushed into our internal CRM (GoHighLevel) for follow-up.
• Usage data — standard server logs (IP address, user agent, referrer, request path) for security and reliability monitoring. We do not sell or share this data.
• Cookies — we use a small number of first-party cookies for session management and theme preference. We do not set advertising cookies.

How we use it

• To provide the YouConnect AI service to you
• To respond to inquiries you initiate
• To send service-related email (account confirmations, billing receipts, product updates) — you can opt out of marketing email at any time
• To detect and prevent abuse

Who we share it with

We share data with the third parties strictly necessary to operate the service: Stripe (payments), GoHighLevel (CRM & lead routing), Cloudflare (hosting + network protection), Resend (transactional email), and DataForSEO / search providers (keyword + audit data). We do not sell or rent your information.

Your rights

If you are in the EU/UK or California, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.

Data retention

Account data is retained for the life of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation. Lead-form data submitted through this marketing site is retained for as long as we have a legitimate business interest in following up — typically up to 24 months — after which it is deleted.
