Who you're contracting with

These terms govern use of YouConnect AI (the "Service"), operated by ThinkBOLD Solutions, Inc. ("ThinkBOLD", "we"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

  • Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard Settings → Billing tab.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods.
  • Pricing displayed at /pricing is the authoritative rate. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice; existing subscriptions are honored at the locked-in rate until renewal.
  • Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

Acceptable use

  • You may not use the Service to engage in illegal activity, send spam, violate intellectual property rights, or attempt to compromise the security of the Service or other customers.
  • You agree not to scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service in a way not contemplated by your subscription tier (e.g., reselling Starter-tier API access to multiple downstream clients).

Your data and content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (URLs, keywords, branding assets). You grant ThinkBOLD a limited license to process that content strictly to deliver the Service. We do not train AI models on your data, and we do not share or sell your data to third parties except as documented in the Privacy Policy.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but make no guarantee of uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance, third-party outages (Cloudflare, Stripe, OpenAI, etc.), and force-majeure events may cause downtime. We do not credit, refund, or compensate for downtime under standard subscription terms.

Performance disclaimers

SEO, AI search visibility, traffic, and lead-generation outcomes depend on many factors outside our control (Google algorithm updates, competitor activity, your site's baseline condition, your industry, etc.). We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic gains, or revenue outcomes.Past performance examples shown on the marketing site are illustrative and not typical.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThinkBOLD's total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages including lost revenue, lost profits, or lost goodwill.

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. If we terminate for breach of these terms (e.g., abuse), we may suspend access immediately. Upon termination, your data is retained per the Privacy Policy retention schedule.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated via email and with 30 days' notice on this page.
